Notch Classic Fitted Hat Black Operator is one of our most popular tactical hats. If you're looking for an operator hat that is the perfect balance of form and function, look no further. You can wear it as it is or simply stick your favorite morale patch on the velcro field on the front of the hat. We've also replaced the button on top of the hat with a 1" x 1" velcro patch to eliminate the discomfort when worn with ear protection!

Hat Sizing: To determine your Notch stretch-fitted hat size, measure the circumference of your head where the sweatband of your hat will sit. If you don't have a tape measure, you can also use a string and measure it against a ruler. Find your measurement on the size chart to determine your hat size. Stretch-fitted hats may vary slightly within the same size category. When in doubt, order the next size down.
