— Показать оригиналЯ люблю Plankpad ... намного проще, чем просто настить на полу. Кроме того, это дает мне стимул, поскольку я прохожу его каждый день, приходя и уходя. Я его оставляю - поэтому, когда я вижу его на полу, я больше склоняюсь к падению и делаю 20-30 секунд (я новичок). Я делаю это несколько или много раз в день.
