Am cumparat si platit produsul din magazinul online. Am ales ca modalitate de livrare ridicarea din magazin. Produsul era pe stoc. Am așteptat 4 zile pentru notificarea că îmi pot ridica comanda. Nu a fost niciun anunț, așa că am contactat prin e-mail. Reprezentantul serviciului pentru clienți a spus că produsul așteaptă gata, sunteți binevenit să-l ridicați. Magazinul ma anunta ca nu au produsul pe care l-am platit si nu stiu cand il vor putea livra.
