— Arată originalulÎmi place Plankpad-ul... mult mai ușor decât doar scândura pe podea. În plus, îmi oferă un stimulent pe măsură ce îl trec în fiecare zi, venind și plecând. O las deoparte - așa că atunci când îl văd pe podea, sunt mai înclinat să cobor și să fac 20-30 de secunde (sunt începător). Fac asta de câteva sau de multe ori pe zi. Îmi place planificatorul/orarul și încep să fac unele dintre celelalte mișcări sugerate. Hei, sunt o femeie (activă) în vârstă de 75 de ani, cu genunchi rău și cu o artroplastie de șold, așa că poate să-mi ia timp să ajung la curent. De asemenea, mă încurajează să mă urc pe bicicleta staționară pentru că mă simt mai energic, mai puțin rigid. Căptușeala este suficient de confortabilă încât să nu mă rănească pe brațe și cred că a fi puțin mai sus de podea (în loc să fie plat pe podea) ajută și el. De asemenea, stau pe el pentru echilibru.
