Aether AG is designed for multi-day backpacking and carrying significant loads. The backsystem combines the comfort and ventilation of Osprey's multi-award-winning AG AntiGravity™ backsystem with the custom-mouldable fit of Osprey's next generation IsoForm™ hipbelt. A sprung mesh lumbar area, combined with stiff load bars integrated into the harness allows for impressive load transfer through the large muscle groups in the legs, enabling an even and comfortable backpacking experience.
Organisation and accessibility are key during long adventures. These packs stand out with multiple access points including the J-Zip front panel access into the body of the pack, as well as sleeping back compartment with wide zip entry an internal divider. The lid not only has multiple pockets but is also removable, offering great versatility. The top of the pack remains protected without the lid thanks to the deployable FlapJacket™ top cover.
An integrated rain cover, Stow-on-the-Go™ trekking pole attachment, InsideOut™ compression straps and multiple attachment points allow you to carry your gear any way you like. Aether AG 85's high capacity allows for extra gear to be carried with ease on long or cold backpacking adventures.

Ensi retket takana ja hyvin kantaa kuorman selässä. Hyvät säätömahdollisuudet ja laadukkaat saumat/tikkaukset verrattuna moneen muuhun. Hieman hintava ehkä, mutta halvemmilla kyllä huomaa että säästi laadussa. Nimimerkillä yks halparinkka petti keskellä erämaata ja siimalla sai parsia sen edes jollain tapaa kasaan. Suosittelen tätä!

So far I’m very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a pack that provided much needed additional capacity but the same time was comfortable and attractive. This is the first Osprey product I have purchased and I am impressed with the quality overall. So far the pack has performed well under load with sufficient capacity. A nice feature is how adaptable the pack is to smaller loads.

Kantimen ergonomia on ihan ok, joskin vahvikelevy saisi olla napakampi, nyt aika lötrö. Säädöt toimi ainakin 177cm / 98kg miehelle ihan hyvin L koossa, tosin M -koko olis ehkä ollut jopa parempi valinta. noin 20 kg kuormaa testimielessä raahattu, jolla rinkka käyttäytyi tasapainoisesti, ja kantaminen oli miellyttävää. Täyttö ja purku toimi hyvin, tässä helpottava tekijä oli reilusti aukeava rinkan kylki, tavaroihin pääsee hyvin käsiksi. En kauhiasti enempää painoa itse tähän rinkkaan laittaisi, arvelen että juuri tuo rungon joustavuus saattaa haitata menoa suuremmilla painoilla, tämä hyvä pitää mielessä kapinetta valitessa. Sain tarjouksesta 200€, joten budjettiluokan kantimena olen ihan tyytyväinen hankintaan.
Todella kevyt sekä laadukkaan tuntuinen rinkka. Hyvät säädöt ja sopii pitkäänkin selkään. Kiristysremmeillä ja "kannen" irroittamalla rinkasta saa pientä reppua muistuttavan paketin. Tässä mallissa kansi ei muutu repuksi toisin kuin Amerikan mallissa.

Todella hyvä. Helpot säädöt. Kevyt. Onneksi ostin riittävän ison rinkan. 85L. Painoero 10 litraa pienempään malliin on vain 100g. Jämäkkä lantiovyö.

Erittäin mukava kantaa isollakin kuormalla. Säädöt riittävät. Sen minkä painossa voittaa, häviää kankaiden jämäkkyydessä. Kankaat kyllä varmasti kestävät, mutta rinkka on hyvin pussimainen ja pehmeä. Kompressiohihnoilla ja niiden variaatioilla toki saa pakattua tiukkaan. Huomatkaa, että alaosaston väliseinä on vain läppä joka on reunoilta auki, eli ei saa eriteltyä kokonaan. Ylälipalle kaipaisi kiinnitystä etupuolelle. Ja kuten monessa paikassa mainittu, euroopan mallissa ei pikkureppua, vaan sadesuoja. Näillä huomioilla suosittelen vahvasti!
