The Meindl Badile is a hiking and trekkingboot that is ideally suited for extended tours and comfortable hiking in easy alpine terrain. The Badile is especially characterized by its double stitched design. This traditional manufacturing method is particularly elaborate and makes the shoes very durable and of high quality. The genuine double stitched Meindl Multigrip sole by Vibram with air cushioning gives secure hold and good cushioning.

After several disappointments I've had with mountain boots (torn stitching and soles coming off) I've decided to go for good and "old fashioned" craftsmanship. These boots are just the thing, with minimal parts and double stitched soles. The leather feels very robust as well and is waterproof. This review is after wearing the boots for several weeks and I must say, this seems to be the quality I was looking for. The boots fit very well and are extremely comfortable around the ankles. They are a bit heavy, but I consider that a good thing (good exercise).

Ich habe diese Schuhe im Oktober bei Ihnen im Geschäft anprobiert. Als meine dann später auf unserer Reise kaputt gingen, habe ich mich geärgert das ich sie nicht gekauft habe. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir wieder bei Ihnen vorbeischauen. Es hat alles super geklappt
