— Pokaż tekst oryginalnyUwielbiam Plankpad ... o wiele łatwiejszy niż zwykłe deski na podłodze. Dodatkowo daje mi to motywację, gdy zdaję to każdego dnia przychodząc i odchodząc. Pomijam to - więc kiedy widzę to na podłodze, jestem bardziej skłonny do opadnięcia i zrobienia 20-30 sekund (jestem początkującym). Robię to kilka do wielu razy dziennie. Uwielbiam planowanie / harmonogram i zaczynam wykonywać inne sugerowane ruchy. Hej, jestem (aktywną) 75-letnią kobietą z chorymi kolanami i protezą biodra, więc może mi zająć trochę czasu, zanim się rozpędzę. Zachęca mnie również do wsiadania na rower stacjonarny, ponieważ czuję się bardziej energiczny, mniej sztywny. Wyściółka jest wystarczająco wygodna, aby nie skaleczyć moich ramion i myślę, że pomaga również umieszczenie nieco wyżej od podłogi (zamiast płasko na podłodze). Ja też stoję na nim dla równowagi.
