PICSIL´s new ABS 2.0 jump ropes focus on helping athletes to improve their daily performance by developing the five key components: speed, power, agility, reaction and being faster.

With the new paint on the handle, its high-speed double-roll system and its set screw to adjust the height, makes it a high performance jumping rope.

Have fun training cardio every day for optimal results. Skipping the rope for 10 minutes at a moderate pace is equivalent to running a 12-minute mile, a two-mile cycle in 6 minutes, or swimming a quarter-mile in 12 minutes. The jump ropes are made of a PVC cable optimized for abrasion resistance, speed and flexibility.
