Unlike your dome, that has a lot of buoyancy, your macro lens does not give you a lot of lift.
And with your lights often pointed forward, your system tends to be a little heavy.
The StiX macro floats help that.
Will fit on all macro lenses and is strapped on with velcro.
Each piece on the ring has a diameter of: 40x38x50mm
