Ik heb het product in de online winkel gekocht en betaald. Ik heb gekozen voor ophalen in de winkel als bezorgmethode. Het product was op voorraad. Ik heb 4 dagen gewacht op de mededeling dat ik mijn bestelling kon afhalen. Er was geen aankondiging, dus ik nam contact met me op via e-mail. Een medewerker van de klantenservice zei dat het product klaar staat om klaar te zijn, welkom om op te halen. De winkel stelt dat ze het product waarvoor ik heb betaald niet hebben, noch informatie daarover omdat ze het zouden kunnen bezorgen.
