HID is still an excellent choice for a diving light. It has a tight beam that travels far, but you can also adjust it wider and then it illuminates more space nearby. Externally 35W model is identical to 50W model, so it is up to the diver to choose between longer burn time or more lumens.
All our canister lights are provided with li-ion battery pack and charger is included in the price. All our HIDs have the ignitor/ballast in the light head.
