— Origineel weergevenIk hou van de Plankpad ... veel gemakkelijker dan alleen planken op de vloer. Bovendien geeft het me een stimulans als ik er elke dag heen en weer ga. Ik laat het weg - dus als ik het op de grond zie, ben ik meer geneigd om naar beneden te vallen en 20-30 seconden te doen (ik ben een beginner). Ik doe dit meerdere tot vele keren per dag. Ik ben dol op de planner / het schema en begin met enkele van de andere voorgestelde bewegingen. Hé, ik ben een (actieve) 75-jarige vrouw met slechte knieën en een heupprothese, dus het kan even duren voordat ik op de hoogte ben. Het moedigt me ook aan om op mijn hometrainer te stappen omdat ik me energieker en minder stijf voel. De vulling is comfortabel genoeg om mijn armen niet te bezeren en ik denk dat het ook helpt om iets hoger van de vloer te zijn (in plaats van plat op de vloer). Ik sta er ook op voor balans.
