It is primarily intended for use with the Mosquito Modular Belt Sleeve but is compatible with any MOLLE/PALS system or gun belt up to 45mm wide. The pouch offers easy, ambidextrous access through antislip Hypalon pullers, and its interior is thoughtfully organized with elastic loops to securely hold first aid essentials. Additionally, the loop Velcro on the back of the insert allows for the attachment of a Shears Pouch.
