The Task series is planned for all day cutting works.
The blade is partially symmetrical with flat grinding on both sides.
The carving part in front of the hilt separates the cutting edge from the handle and it gives the index finger a position to rest while gripping the knife.
This creates a grip position point closer to the cutting edge for better control while cutting and working with this blade.
This characteristic combined with the finger waves on the upper part of the blade creates tactile resistance and avoid slipping on the sharpened edge.
In this way it is possible to carry out most of the cutting works using a higher strength and pressure on the knife itself.
