自宅でワークアウトするときにうまく機能します:) (通常のマンカは埃が多すぎます)。キャップを閉めていればボトル内が乾きにくく、長持ちします。 館内で登る場合は、むしろいつものマンカとアイゼン一袋をお勧めします。これはルートの途中で手に負えなくなります（私の経験上）。
