Light, elegant and strong. The 12mm Zodiac is a compact offset D connector that, thanks to it’s I-Beam construction, gives impressive strengths for it’s weight.

Perfect as a general use connector where alignment of the load across the spine is crucial.

Clean ‘Keylock’ nose profile eliminates risk of inadvertent snagging on wire, eye bolts, slings, etc.

The strongest of our hot forged alloy carabiners.

  • Conforms to EN362:2004/B
  • Also available pre-drilled with a captive bar option conforming to EN362:2004/T
  • Offset D shape maximises the gate clearance
  • I-Beam section for increased strength to weight ratio
  • Keylock clean nose for snag free connection
  • Hot forged and fully heat treated aluminium for lightness and maximum strength
  • Anodised to BS EN 7599:2010 AA10 Sealed for corrosion protection
  • Recommended for general use where weight saving and strength are important
