Atemi vacuumtube is made out of food-grade plastic. Total lenght of material in one roll is 5m. The benefit of not having pre-cut bags of certain size is to be able to measure your bag size as you see fit. That way there is no extra waste created. Make sure you leave some extra lenght between the food preserved and the edge of the bag in order to succeed creating a seal that holds properly.
