A long spoon is best with hiking food bags, when you can spoon directly from your mouth and you don't have to remove the minigrip strip from the turmat to eat, which then enables you to transport clean garbage out of the forest, when you can pull the minigrip closed after eating.

Good for getting into the freeze dried bags, very light to carry.

The length of the spork is a great advantage. Only negative is that the tip is a bit sharp.

You don't need anything else for lunch on an outdoor day! After all, every hiker already has a knife in his pocket, so this is a great way to deliver coffee and a table spoon and a fork, and it's long enough to hook bag food at the bottom of the bag. If only the carabiner hooks could be chosen in other colors (gray included), it would be easier for the group to identify their own spoon.

Light and simple, better durability expected than for the plastic sporks.
