The best trail running shoes for me. The thickness of the sole is not a problem, and I don't bump into the roots, correspondingly enough cushioning even for the weak.

They feel a little different on the foot than the Cliftons (the heel cup is not as sturdy, at least for me). Otherwise, the running feel is quite similar to Cliftons and good shoes for terrain and trails. So far no experience of running in wet terrain...

I had visited five physiologists, one general practitioner and one orthopedist over the past year due to foot problems. The problem was that the heel, Achilles tendons and calves were already sore after 3km of walking. Also in cycling, the soles of the feet became gentle. When my son visited, he praised these shoes he bought. Since we have the same size feet, I borrowed shoes for the test run. The result was amazing, no pains in walking, and no after all. I immediately ordered similar shoes. After jogging with them for a couple of weeks, and I ordered some, mostly for general use and others then for jogging. So the foot problems ended with these shoes. These have very good heel cushioning, as well as heel cushioning. The step rolls comfortably, but not disturbingly, as in some swing-bottomed shoes. Now I’ve started googling whether a goretex shoe with a completely similar sole technique will be available for fall and winter use. I would buy right away, but one. Those on the pins would also be interested. I recommend!

With these shoes, I got my slightly problematic knees gradually getting used to running. With previous footwear, I have not been able to ascend running distances even in off-road conditions, let alone on the road, because knee pain has required too short loops and too long restorations to get used to this. I have had a problem in the terrain when the downhill run has a mid-leg stumble, even if the stock is well attenuated. In these, the attenuation of the middle leg is also sufficient. The sole may wear a little faster than normal because it is also quite soft on the side, but for me it still works completely for its price. Then new if worn out!
