These ski boots are the best I have owned, compared to Alpina ESK 2.0 Light and stiff, but at the same time very comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. No tying, but a smart solution that makes it much easier when you have cold fingers. The upper is in an artificial leather which unfortunately cracks up when the shoe dries. This only happened within 2-3 months. The velcro fastening to the carbon rails was not very good either. There are small threads peeling off after 5-6 trips. Be careful when walking on gravel, the sole is made of carbon and can crack.

Although it doesn't look much different this boot is much refined / improved over the previous generation of Speedmax boot in all the little ways. Well done Fischer!
