The third storm lantern of this brand in my cabin without electricity. A good lantern; burns evenly, does not leak oil or soot and copes well even in strong winds. Spare parts are available - I just bought more hearts for the lanterns. Don't buy cheap imitations if you want to keep your sanity! Tip: hang the lantern outside in front of the sauna window: atmospheric light without running out of oil.

Not much different externally or technically from cheap Chinese lanterns. The model has certainly remained exactly the same for a hundred years. How about changing that good and nostalgic product. In contrast to the Chinese lanterns, spare parts are available for this lantern, which is in line with the latest recycling and sustainable development trends.

The lantern burns beautifully, and I think I can get the glass as a spare part if it happens to break. One mandatory star for this. The bad thing was a manufacturing defect, which prevents the lantern from being used in a storm or in general anywhere other than a completely flat, stable surface. The threaded part of the filling opening (into which the cap is screwed) was only half pressed correctly, on the other side the pressing had gone outside the container. So it didn't hold fuel inside if you tilted the lantern. There would probably be a warranty, but because of a few tens, I don't bother to see, I guess the manufacturer relies on that, because as far as I know, others have had these leaks.

The delivery took a really long time. I ordered in November and it arrived just a moment ago. The price was an affordable €19.90. FauerHand is definitely the best lantern I've ever used. I have 2 of them now. In addition to atmospheric and quite efficient light, 2 lamps already bring a little heat.

The Chinese storm lanterns of the heritage summer cottage have gotten out of the way of the Feuerhands. It is confusing how such a simple product that has been on the market for a long time can have such a big difference in quality in favor of a German. In addition to the candles, six Feuerhands take care of the lighting in my cabin and also serve as a passage light when going to the sauna and to the bathroom. Creates an atmosphere and smells like kerosene. A great product in its class.

I bought 2 Feuerhand 276 storm lanterns. They work as storm lanterns should. The lighting power is what the 5 lines provide. The construction seems to be of high quality. There are no leaks and the wick seems to be of better quality than in cheap lanterns. I am very satisfied with my purchases, although I do not fully understand the multiple price difference compared to Chinese storm lanterns

Very well built and beautiful lamp. I thought that this model in Zinc with a silver color would not be so beautiful, but it is better in real than in the photos. Paraffin oil does not come out if you know how to use it well. It looks robust and durable. It gives little light, you have to know what situations to use it for.

Now it must be said that these new lanterns were rather disappointing. I have previous much older Feuerhands that are perfectly flawless lanterns. The problem with these new lanterns is the leaks that make them dangerous. I bought these unfortunately three pieces and they all leak in the same way, meaning Monday is not an individual of the day. I don’t understand that Feuerhand has been able to make sturdy lanterns for centuries, but it no longer succeeds. Admittedly, the earlier tinning has changed to galvanizing, which I don't see makes a leak-free lantern :-(

The lantern does look pleasant and the light is good. However, it cannot be taken into a storm, because the cap does not hold any fuel in the tank. It works fine on a flat surface, but in my opinion, for that price, you could have put an already working seal in the lantern. Maybe it could be made to play with a suitable O-ring. Absolutely disappointing though. :(
