An ultra-light running anchor that I have used on my bike. The hood goes under the helmet and protects the hair from getting wet. In a couple of hours of heavy rain, the anorak kept me dry. Absolutely excellent garment that packs into a small one, which looks like Tyvek, but is clearly more functional. and waterproof.
