It works well for work and everyday trips and also works well for a two-liter bladder, although the hose holder had to be bought separately.

An excellent backpack for day trips and even sup-boarding. I also did one 12km trail run with this and it's ok, it's a bit loose, and it can't get terribly tight around the body without starting to squeeze. So I wouldn't recommend it for continuous running use - for occasional running it's fine instead.

Surprisingly spacious and versatile backpack for outdoor activities, skiing, cycling and running. A little big for myself, that with heavy goods it slips a bit when running and also does not fit so well on the back when empty. Definitely suitable for men or taller women. If you run often, I recommend a smaller backpack for at least under 160cm for women.

It was just the kind of product you expected, the right size for the necessary change of clothes and goods, for example, when used in commuting. There should be plenty more reflective surface than one small detail.
