Super good shoes for weight lifting (e.g. as eco shoes) small size, I personally took shoes one size bigger.

Comfortable to wear and the size right when viewed according to the table. The squat goes much more naturally with the shoes when you have your own iron rod ankles :)

I've previously tried my friend Adidas Power Perfect III and loved them. When the Powerlift 4 came out I grabbed a pair thinking they would be the same but they were a poor upgrade. Narrow toe box and felt less sturdy. This could be felt at the bottom of a squat with the firm structure lacking, your foot would internally rotate slightly. Initially I thought it was maybe me but 2 others tried the shoe for comparison and found the same issue. Get the Power Perfect 3 as they are a far better shoe.

Really good shoes for first-timers and why not even a veteran for weightlifting. Sturdy on the leg and a suitable heel.

In the first two pairs I tried, someone on the toe of the Patti shoe, the third pair ok and now in use. I chose this model because of the slightly wider last.

After all, mobility is not enough for a deep squat, so squatting in the gym in particular was difficult. Now with the help of these shoes I get the perfect weight distribution for the size foot + size shift.
