Very functional and surprisingly spacious! However, the small “thermos bottle pockets” on the sides could have been made a little more spacious, so that even if the backpack was packed full, there would still be something to fit in the pockets.

First, I have to admire the excellent communication Varuste has delivered true the whole ordering process. Not many shops, I feel, provided the same communication. The Eberlestock Switchblade (F5)is a useful backpack for weekend trips and excellent as my grab bag. Good quality zippers and nice that you can open them all the way, so you have access to the whole compartment. Smart magazine pockets on top of the backpack for easy access.

Sturdy and stylish. Many possibilities for organising and loading. Very comfortable carry. I'm 1,88m. tall, that's about the limit for the shoulderharness.

After a few weeks of use, I have already noticed the need for such a backpack. A laptop, a folder, a change of clothes, a bit of food and drink can be easily carried everywhere and without overpacking. Quite competent for its size. The quality is high, and the materials, Mollet and pulls feel durable. The only downside so far: the top pocket is easy to use and attracts a lot of small stuff. If you fill it with too heavy items, it is challenging to partially open/keep the main pocket open. The main pocket usually opens completely at that point and the contents may spill out. Hence one star off.
