The watch came as a gift and I was really happy to receive it. I also ordered a protective film for the watch to protect the screen. The only flaw that was in the package is that the heart rate belt was not part of the package. At the time, it belonged to my equivalent.

Good morning, I’ve bought a watch in July 2021, Sunto 9 Baro Black. At first, it lasted several weeks. Now I have to charge it almost every day. The battery must have a problem. My product is still under warranty, please let me know the procedure to follow for an exchange or repair. Thanks in advance Best regards. Christian André
