I chose the product because of the glowing reviews it received. Unfortunately, I can’t glow the product because drinking from it without the drink running down the sides of the product requires precision and concentration. I think over time this will learn to be careful, but for the new user a warning: the cup will take the replacement air from the small hole and if you tilt the cup too much then a small amount of drink will drain from this hole as well. It then drains from the back of the cup button along the side of the cup to the hands, car center console, chest, etc.

Perhaps the best take away Mug I own. Hot drinks stay moderately warm for a while (coffee was really enjoyable even after at least 4 hours). A special plus is the "trigger opening", where the forefinger presses the trigger and the beverage flows through the cap. A terribly handy feature especially for a lot of motorists or otherwise if you may have to suddenly drop a mug. Despite its special (but excellent) mechanism, the cap is easy to maintain and clean.
