I am absolutely thrilled with this feather-light trail running shoe. The sole has good grip both on gravel and gravel as well as on roots and rocks, regardless of whether the ground is wet or dry. Despite the thin sole, the cushioning is surprisingly good. The low heel and flexibility of the sole allow a great adaptation to the ground. I've never run a trail shoe that combines the properties of flexibility, cushioning and grip. I'm thinking of buying a second pair

It sits snugly on the foot and the strap is a bit of a flexible material so you don’t get to squeeze the foot tediously. Comfortable when the foot does not crush in the shoe when running on uneven terrain or on a slope. The shoes are also very light to run, but enough cushioning can also be found. The duration of the shoe upper is not yet known. Excellent purchase. Quick shoes to run.

Super light waight and low Trail Running shue. Very "un-Hoka" looking and a serious compettitor to my Inov8! Personaly I would like a wider toecase for better ballance. Taking out the inner sole helps somewhat, but redesigning the front of the shue would be a fine step from Hoka ... :-). The Vibram sole with large sharp edged and rather soft rubber nubs works exelent. I did my second run in the Hoka Jawz at the Danish National Champmenship, 50 km Trail Running, in minus 3 C deg., on rocks, gravel, singletracks, steep up and down hill and the grip was perfect!
