I had previously bought an ICEBUG (another model) size 37, but the shoe was way too big. I put them forward because I was already trying to try them. This shoe I ordered was a size 36.5, but it was so tight that the shoe couldn’t fit any extra socks, so I announced the return. So the sizes vary by model.

We purchased a pair of Icebug Metro2 BUGrip Mens and a pair of Icebug Walkabout BUGrip GTX Womens. The boots were received just in time to try them out after a winter storm hit on the Maine, US seacoast. If you are looking for reliable yet comfortable boots for navigating snow and ice this is the brand to get. Both my wife and I love these boots. Our regular rubber soled boots, while fine for rain and fluffy snow, were no match when the snow was wet and heavy or when ice sets in. The traction on ice of the Icebug boots is amazing.

Great boots, very light and easy to put on. The weather has changed a lot, and it's difficult to walk on icy patches but the icebug boots make it so easy with their studs, and it's great for the snow too. I am not affraid to go out with these boots. The only con: I would've prefer for them to be a little larger at the toes.

I took my own size 38 and the shoe fits really well. Supports the ankle and has been wonderfully relaxed to walk with dogs when not having to stiffen for fear of falling. Big puddle I also walked on water and keep 100%. They also feel warm and the foot is not frozen. BOA mounting is easy and quick to put on with one hand. It took a while before I realized how to open them 😅 (pull the knob outwards)
A product worthy of a full grade and a quality shoe. Have already paid themselves back in this short time.

Ladies, like Icebugs in general. The upper part of the upper of the second shoe weighed a little on the ankle at first, but by adjusting the tension of the recording, that “trouble” also ceased. Boa tightening is quite handy, though if you just want to loosen a little, then first you need to open it completely and tighten again. The last is just right for my feet, the size fits well with mine. Grip is good on ice, not so much on snow. Warm enough, at least in the slightest frost.
