Very good quality, easy to set up for any handyman.
Simple commissioning and perfect result.
Be careful, the smoking is much more pronounced in taste (salmon for example a single smoking of 3 hours is more than enough, 7 hours too strong taste but pleasant in the mouth) so make tests according to the products.
Do not use special smoking sawdust, too fine and therefore impossible to ignite.
I confirm that it is indeed a cold smoke generator, the temperature inside the smokehouse has never exceeded 5 ° with an outside T ° of 4 °.
I still have to test other species of shavings for flavors (apple, pear, fir ....)
I do not regret my purchase because nothing to do with my old principle of generator with beech sawdust, difficulty in controlling the temperature and regularity of the emission of smoke, whether with the fireplace inside or outside the smokehouse ).

After just one use, the supplied pump is out of use ...
The chips do not go down the tube very well, you have to tweak through the ignition holes to reactivate the combustion.
The lighter does not work either ...
Despite having filled the tank, it remains out of use ...

I haven't used the Smo-king yet, but the material is very well made and very solid. The purchase and especially the delivery were very efficient: error on the order rectified immediately by telephone, fast delivery (less than a week) and rigorous follow-up.
