A very good device. We have a weight difference of 30 kg and with the help of Ohm, the verification goes without any problems. When belaying, you need to know how to feed the rope more precisely.

Works well when the weight difference between the climbing couple is large. Of course, it's a little heavy to carry around and creates more friction in the system. But it allows for a large weight difference between the climbing pair.

The thing is super, I began to climb more confidently, knowing that the belayer is light.

I bought this device because my climbing partner's weight (i.e., my wife) and mine are about 30 kg different. I watched several YouTube videos and read comments (which were mostly very positive), and then I decided to try it. As beginner lead climbers, we used it about 3 times at the indoor gym, and we are quite happy about this device. This device allows us to feel safer not only as a climber but also a belayer. My wife was not confident about catching me when I fall when we did not use this Ohm device, but now she is quite confident and I am also much relieved when I do the lead climbing. I strongly recommend this device.

The Ohm is a huge move. It has transformed the way my partner and I climb, given she is 70lbs lighter than myself. The device makes catching falls easy and comfortable for both ends, and generally leads to a more enjoyable climbing experience overall. Would recommend to any climbing duo with a significant weight difference!

Main climbing partner outweighs me by 40 pounds and this helps prevent me from being shot up when they fall on lead.

Necessary accessory when the climber and the insurer have a weight difference. Works when you can get up horizontally. No slow ascent or heavy lifting of the rope.
