Well played on a cross-country ski trip: comfortably sturdy, adjustable straps a big plus in varying conditions. The sommat of the closed project a bit small and when frozen the leather sock loses its elasticity.

Sticks that look and feel durable, just what I missed. I have not yet tested in real use. My own use is so sparse that a little more weight doesn’t hurt. So these don't seem particularly heavy, but if you're used to fiberglass rods or carbon fiber rods, it's a little heavier.

Sturdy feeling and good workmanship. The cork handles feel comfortable in the cold. Easily adjustable wrist straps. The spike holds well on ice. The sompa should be bigger and its corners (at the thongs) can easily grip the toes.
