I ordered a new pair, because one of the predecessors that had been in heavy use for a year disappeared in the forest. I have only used these in three types of Inov shoes with places for hooks, so there is no experience with rubber loop fastening. I have also used up one of Solomon’s ankle boots and compared to these these are more comfortable and unobtrusive. And they do not stick to roots and branches, for example, so there is no similar risk of tripping as in models that can be tuned under the shoe.
