Suitably thin for running, good ventilation possibilities. Actually ideal all year round except in the middle of summer or dead winter. No problems with durability after a year of use, but the thin fabric may be a bit sensitive.

Good: Long two-way zipper that can regulate heat well. Works in many conditions. Doesn't start to smell like man-made fibers! The bad: You should have longer sleeves for yourself
