My first telescopic poles, I bought them for ultra running. After a few workouts, wow! Light, easy, fast and comfortable! I especially like the "gloves" and their attachment mechanism to the poles themselves - no little thin loop. With these, you can get a decent grip on the rods and push force without having to squeeze the handle terribly. I recommend!

When ordering, attention should have been paid to the size of the strap. I had to do smaller straps. Otherwise, sit well in the hand, there will be no blisters. Easy to use, lighter. I'm satisfied.

Based on one hill workout and a couple of trail runs, the product is good. At least with this experience, nothing unfortunate.

One of the rods shakes as it strikes a little harder on the ground. That is, the joints could be a little tighter. Otherwise pretty good.

GOOD: Very light, easy to assemble and dismantle. Straps fit very well and also easy and fast to put on and off (trigger shark). Straps also give excellent mobility and contact to poles - you do not need to have a tight grip with your fingers to the pole to have a full power transfer (or grip at all) - trigger shark will do that for you. The warranty of the poles works well. BAD: Trigger sharks jams every now and then when taking off with one hand - may be due to user's poor technique. The small basket above the tip can easily turn towards ground and after that the traction of the tip gets weak and you need to turn the pole so that the basket is away from the ground. This is easy to do but it's a bit annoying to doit every now and then - especially when runnging an ultra trail.

Convenient running / walking sticks. On the downside of collapsibility, the rod vibrates slightly cf. non-folding when hitting even slightly harder ground.

Lightweight and well-functioning rods. Comfort is enhanced by well-fitting wrist straps, which can be easily removed if necessary.

The pole is of highest quality. For comparison, I have a black diamond carbon Z poles, but this poles is better for the following reasons: 1. The strap is removable thanks to trigger shark. Btw, this is now the trend on cross country poles too; 2. Sturdy & lite; 3. Good looking poles...I got the red version ;) But the not so good: 1. It takes practice to assemble & disassemble compared to my Black Diamond Carbon Z poles. With regard to shipping: Fast Shipping from Supplier side, they shipped the item within a day, it's actually Customs that slows the delivery.
