These hiking poles are good for moving on different terrains. Extending / shortening the rods is really easy and the cuffs are a good addition as they do not slip. The rod length adjustment locks are easy to tighten without tools if they are loose. Perhaps the only small downside to these is the wrist straps which are a slippery material and don’t feel as sturdy. But overall very good rods.
