Worth buying. There is no need to constantly rattle the headphones back and forth and no clamshell is left in the ear.

A functioning system. No creaks or crackles and the sound is clear. The talk button requires a strong press, otherwise the tangent will not open.

Works great with Peltor headphones. The mobile phone can be easily integrated. Small and handy. The interface is relatively logical but requires attention. The phone itself provides quick instructions for the functions. Comes with Quick Start Guides that leave a lot of question marks. I can't even find any in-depth user guide online. (One star less) For example, the software update can be downloaded from Lafayette's website, but I can't find any way to update it myself. The download file is of exe type. It is possible that it will contain instructions. But as a Mac, I don't do anything about it. I haven't tried it in the forest yet

Works well with Peltor SportTac. Outrageously expensive, but what do you do when the connectors are only suitable for Lafayette.

Absolutely an absolute accessory together with active headphones. You can hear radio traffic well without revealing your passport location.

Now the development has gone in the right direction. Threaded connection to the phone. Stays properly on the phone unlike that old "pin model". There would be one more development proposal on the sleeve: If the cable is disconnected from the Peltor SportTac (hearing protectors), speech should be heard directly from the radio speakers. Now you should disconnect the cable from the phone and protect it from the connection hole - that is not the rational operation in the woods.
