I can't recommend to anyone. I've had two pairs in use and the seam in both of them opened the first time they were used. The warranty works and new ones can be replaced, but I don't feel like doing that in the long run either. A friend with the experience of one pair has the same experience (the others are going now).

Very good pair of gloves. Guaranteed heat. But the outer fabric does not appreciate Velcro at all.

Extremely warm in terms of how thin and thus finger dexterity in fishing use is maintained. The suture at the ends of the fingers is sensitive to adhering to the velcro surfaces and shows signs of fraying, but still has not begun to disintegrate during more than 10 uses.

Really handy fingerless gloves, hold wind and rain. Protect hands well.

The FIR SKIN CGX are very light, fitted and warm. I have tried the gloves in cold and rainy weather and they are effective and resistant to rain. Used for fly fishing.
