Excellent wax and easy to spread with fingers
For the leather of the Lundhags Jaure shoe. Softens the leather comfortably, helping the shoe to break in and makes the shoe very water-repellent. In practice, the shoe therefore retains water after waxing. I have waxed the shoes after every use.

A good and durable waterproofer! Heat the tin in a bowl of boiling water. Apply by hand, then heat boots with a hair dryer to melt the wax into the leather. While still warm, rub it into the boots by hand for excellent results!

For those who read the opposite online, be aware that this is a really bad-smelling product. Unless my box is spoiled then.
The odor of the leather itself disappears as soon as the product is absorbed, which does not last long. But I made the mistake of waxing mine so that the felt lining was inside the upper shoe. I have so far washed the blankets twice and have dried out over two nights, and the smell is still semmoinen that they can not bring inside. So if you use this, remove the warts, wax the night before and just put the inner shoe in when you leave.
