I don't have experience with other gas burners, because I've always carried a trangia with me before. However, this burner is really efficient for its size and boils water without a wind shield in low wind at freezing temperatures. Also fried sausage and potatoes in a normal frying pan at a low temperature, and the burner's power was even helpfully enough for that. It also fits in a small space and is light. The power adjustment is sensitive and the adjustment range is wide. The downside is that it's quite loud.

Small and efficient, the flame adjustment works. You can adjust the flame to very small. (simmering the soup in a small pot with a lid works well, it doesn't boil too much)

Slightly loud, but light and easy to use! So far, at least, there have been no problems. Some kind of windbreak should be built because it is quite sensitive to wind.

Based on the initial test, it seems like a properly qualified cooker. Small, light, efficient in size and in itself sturdy. Good flame control. A storage box is a good addition. Easy to brew coffee almost anywhere. The fact is, however, that such cookers mounted on top of a bottle are shaky, because the focus is high, e.g. when the water container is on top. Requires a flat base and a boiler with care to be firmly on your feet. The kettle is also relatively loud. The product is good in its class (4-5 stars) and I recommend 3 stars due to its shakiness.

Best for hikers on light hikes. Lightweight and efficient, packs into a really small space. For longer Arctic trips, I might choose a multi-fuel cooker that doesn’t crash so easily. However, Pocket Rocket mostly goes on weekend trips and other shorter excursions.

Well...I had to get another one. I bought the first one as a gift... when I saw/and used it... I knew I had to get it for myself too. A small, powerful device ...fits inside Trangia's coffee pot with all the other necessary things. (coffee, sugar, dishware) The absolute friend of MP trips. Drink your coffee wherever you want.

Nothing bad but a little sensitive to wind. As for protection, so is the A1 product.
