I bought a plate as a frying pan for the campfire and burners. Trangia's tongs handle makes it easy to work with if you use the tongs to turn the edge upright in one place, the corner will be perfect. As a pan, it is good, durable and much lighter compared to touring pans. Fat burning can be done in the same way as with any steel pan.

Definitely lighter than stated, weighs over 100g and sturdy enough to withstand normal use. Dirt does not stick to this and odors do not stick, it can also be used on fire or gas. If someone burns a hot steel plate, take your glove. Perfect for one plate for all your meals, deep enough for cooking and flat and wide enough for pancakes. Almost one could buy more on the kitchen side of the home side.
