Tight running shoes. I'm just getting them on my feet and I wonder how the others are getting on? I have a normal size 40 foot... sometimes I leave the strap open and it doesn't squeeze or slip off the foot. I have been using them almost every day for about three weeks now and will continue to use them in the future. I also bought Speedo gloves and they are a good help.

Of course, they take up significantly less space in the bag than a running belt and are very durable. Aquajoggers can be worn/worn like shoes (strap behind the ankle) or alternatively around the ankle (strap under the heel). They support really well and you don't need to adjust and position them better when running, but stay in place throughout the run. I have to pay more attention to the hold of the middle body and that the posture is straight. In the beginning, you should try and find the right position by holding onto the edge of the pool, but after just a few steps you will surely already have the position. A fun and easy alternative to water running, I am very satisfied with Aquajoggers.

When running with water running shoes, you have to support the middle body more than with a belt. Exercise gets more power when you keep your hands on the surface of the water and support yourself with just shoes and a tight-paced running movement. There is also a more hygienic option when sharing belts. I recommend.
