Pros: + Really bright and the pattern doesn't break at least in the short / medium distance (10m-50m) + Really sturdy construction + Clear feedback on the button + Uses 18650 batteries (you should buy Fenix's own ARB-L18-3500 3500mAh or equivalent high capacity quality battery) Cons: +/- Does not remember the previous mode but always lights up for the brightest setting -Adjusting the brightness settings is flickering and the gloves in hand often go past the desired brightness -Strobe function. This turns on after the dimmest brightness setting and often by accident. In normal use, useless and blinding, should be behind at least some other function.

On the ground you can now see you walk from the living room to the back of the yard :)

Well served. The only obvious drawback is that the lamp does not remember the last mode used. The lamp always lights up in the brightest mode.
