This is a sturdy, reliable and long-lasting shovel. I myself, in such winter conditions, have excavated a snow project as well as a glacier, and Fiskars has performed flawlessly. However, summer is just coming, and a moat around the house is planned (well, the hostess's flower beds need to be renewed on the walls of the detached house), so sandy digging is just coming...
