Just the right size and light backpack, pockets enough variety. Works when running, neither swinging nor slack. And a surprising amount of stuff gets crammed into such a small space.

Sits on top as glued and the placement of the pockets succeeded well. XL for the whole self (182cm / 93kg) just enough, ie quite a small runner size. Light and inconspicuous on top, and no sway when running. Quite brilliant overall.

Yes, this is exactly what is needed when you go for longer performances in the woods or on the roads. Sits well on top and does not spin and stutter.

The drinking vest is really good in use and the M-size is suitable for about 70/177 men's underwear. Of course, there is plenty of room for maneuver in both directions. The pockets are adequate and I think well placed. The Soft Drink Bottles work well and the space sheet and small whistle is a Plus. One development that comes to mind is the counterpart of the tightening brackets of the running vest, which is a string or similar braided wire and not, for example, plastic, which could be easier to fasten. The drinking bladder was not included, but it has its own place, which is still insulated with foil. I haven't tested this in practice, but I would think that at least Salomon's own 1.5l drinking bladder can fit there. On a whole, I am satisfied with the product and would highly recommend.
