When walking on asphalt, the rubber compound is too hard and the shape too rounded so they don’t bite into the asphalt. Dirt roads are also too blunt and do not sink into hard sand. If they take off then I don’t like the hiss of metal tips. It should be a little shaped with a knife so maybe then you will like it better. When walking in the woods and in the fields, the ladies do not sink too much.
Works well. Easy and durable. On the downside, snowmen must be purchased separately.
Fits BD Alpine Cork trekking poles perfectly. Does not fit BD Expedition 3 poles.
Good basic rods. Don't press too much even if it's not an ultralight product. These have lasted in my use without being stitched for several years.
The attachment could be better, e.g. in muddy terrain “sheaths” may come off and stay on the road.
Really durable. They were too big for my trekking poles but I managed to adapt them with some tape. They are the most lasting tip protectors I have had.
Staying at a reasonably hard stick end.
Durable. Works in snowshoeing and hiking.
The material hardens quite quickly, after which it starts to crack on the shaft and drip from the ride.
Easy to put in place and stay firm. Nice when the sticks don't hit your wrists and run to the asphalt for a jog. But if there is sand on a hard surface then the grip is not quite good.
