The frame is quality steel, but the dovetail fit needs improvement. According to the manufacturer you have to tighten to 80 lb / inch, and it seems that the part that tightens the base to the rail is going to break! Carbine Milano

A tried and tested, functional and high-quality solution for attaching a sight.

Nice fit and finish. Quality product. Two sets of ring screws included - one for extra low and one for higher rings. All screws are torx head. Recoil stop screw is useless for my application-I would rather like to see a bubble level accessory that could be mounted in that place of the base. Perhaps a side claw could reach a little lower to grab more of a rifle rail - it only grabs some top 1mm of the rail on my gun - not 100% satisfactorily but still good enough (let's say 90% ;-) ).
