Starting up a little tricky at first, but you can learn that too. A good and easy workout for the wrists, feels like help with mobility and forearm muscles.

it was better than the more expensive powerball I had previously bought from coolstuff.fi, would recommend.

Beginner's balloon. Easy to start with a rope, you get some laps. More expensive versions would include better features such as less play (would be quieter), auto start (no rope needed), desk stand (would be easier to deploy).
Compared to its price, you might deserve more stars, but let’s go in the review of quality and features mainly.

The top requires learning to manage to spin and get the ball up and running. A good workout as long as you learn the technique

An easy form of training even when watching TV! It is really suitable for those who do physical work. No need to suffer from wrist pains when training with this

The symptoms of the tennis elbow itself and this caused a slight improvement in the elbow. Really good shopping in my opinion

Went as a gift. Based on a few experiments, I didn’t really like it myself.

Works as it should. There was no previous experience with these balls. I assumed it would require larger trajectories to operate. Apparently the best accelerates when you just rotate your wrist. Of course, it gets all the muscles in your arm to work as you try to curb its squatting.
