I have used this tent for one trip so far, wild camping in Wales, where it coped with strong winds and heavy rain very well. Easy to assemble, very light weight and appears to be very high quality components. As a quite average height man (175cm) I felt like if I was much taller the tent wouldn't be long enough, so if you are really tall it might not work for you.

The tent is lightweight & compact. It's easy to erect & feels roomy inside. Perfect. I love it.

Very light, but the outer tent is too close to the inner tent. So I don’t trust it in rainy or windy weather I am afraid

The MSR Hubba NX Solo is suitable for lightweight camping, which has become popular, i.e. minimizing the weight of equipment. Unfortunately, as a result of the lightness, we have clearly had to make compromises in the durability of the materials. The support structure of the tent consists of thin aluminum sticks, which are subject to considerable tension when the tent is erected. Consequence: after about a year of use, one broken stick. Varuste.net agreed to replace this within the warranty. After the tent has been in use for about two years, one part of the set of sticks has bent so much that the rain cover of the tent remains badly stretched against it. At this point (approx. 27 months after purchase), Varuste.net's warranty no longer agreed to cooperate, even though the tent is promised a 36-month warranty. Spare parts are not available even for money. This tent cannot be recommended if you plan to do more serious camping at all. Varuste.net's responsibility also seems to be very questionable when it comes to the guarantee. My previous tent with fiberglass poles (and 1/10 the price of MSR Huba) lasted 20 years.
