Otherwise, it works fine, but one handle of the pliers is significantly tighter than the other.. When opening and closing it, you really feel how unevenly the metal rubs against the metal.. I would assume better quality. There is a little slack in the locking of the tools, which does not hinder use. Edit: has worn out with use and now opens fine.

In my opinion the best multitool. Ruler, file and the serated knife are great features. Also love the classic shape. Still made in USA. Only downside is that Leatherman doesn't make a pocket clip for the Rebar. But you can get the one from Nite-Ize which works great, too. Wanted the coyote color, but seems difficult to get outside US.

A Leatherman Rebar is a multi-tool for life! I had a bucktool for years and last year I built a house and these rotating pliers fell away umpteen times while I was working ... annoying and dangerous. As a swiss customer i can recommend this shop. The prices are very low, comparing to my country. Thats of course wonderful. The process of delivering took a little longer, so i send them a email and promtly received an answer the next day, that my order has an slight delay. To me this was absolutely ok and not a big issue. My only POINT: The product didn't cover well enough and was send to switzerland in a paper bag only. I even mentioned to pack it well inside the order. The paper boxes of the 2 products (Leatherman) were completly squeezed but the multitool itself were very fine.
